The automatic hydraulic forming plastic brick-making machine is a device that utilizes hydraulic principles. Working Process:
Plastic Sand Brick Production Line Process:
1. The waste plastic is crushed into small particles by a plastic crusher to facilitate melting.
2. Stir, mixer. Add waste plastic and sand to the mixer in a certain proportion, then add cement and additives. Turn on the mixer to ensure that the raw materials are mixed evenly.
3. Heating and melting: Transport the mixed materials to the heater and heat them to an appropriate temperature to melt the plastic and mix it well with other materials.
4. Mold filling: 315-ton and above tonnage three-beam four-column hydraulic press (for plastic sand brick production). Fill the molten material into the brick mold and press it into shape.
5. Cool the brickwork through a water or air cooling system to lower its temperature and bring it to room temperature.
6. Demolding: Utilize the lower ejector cylinder function of the hydraulic press to push the cooled brick blank out of the mold.
7. Finished product inspection: Conduct quality inspections on the produced plastic sand bricks to ensure that each brick meets the standard requirements.
Building materials: Suitable for wall, floor paving and other construction purposes.
